Effective July 29, 2026. This notice describes the public VoicePath AI website, not a customer's deployed voice workflow.
Information handled on this website
Scheduling
The booking page embeds Calendly. When you load or use it, Calendly may receive device, network, referral, and scheduling information, including the details you submit to book. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy terms.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage and the path from the booking page to its confirmation page. We do not add a separate advertising profile or contact form to this website.
If you email us, we receive the address, message content, attachments, and related delivery metadata you choose to send. Do not send patient, clinical, financial-account, or other sensitive information through the public contact email unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare serves and protects this website and may process network and request information needed to deliver and secure it. Calendly and email providers process information for their respective services.
